The Country Club Hills Civic Association ("CCHCA") is an unincorporated association of residents and homeowners located in the City of Fairfax, Virginia. Our community is on the
north side of Old Lee Highway between Fairfax Circle and Daniels Run Elementary School.
We are approximately half-way between Washington, D.C. and Dulles International
Airport, in Northern Virginia.

At our Annual
Meeting on May 5, 2003, Mayor Robert Lederer announced that the City of
Fairfax real property tax rate is $0.24 lower than the County, and $0.05
lower than any other jurisdiction in Northern Virginia.
The membership will elect new Officers at the Annual Meeting in May 2004.
